Terms & Conditions:
- Both you and the person you referred will receive a $150 gift card.
- Your referred person must be successfully signed up for you both to receive a gift card.
- Your referred person must inform CBHC staff of the full name of who referred them.
- Referrals can only be made from someone who is currently an active client of CBHC.
- You CAN refer more than 1 friend!
- The voucher will be sent via email or to your home address, depending on your preference.
- Earlier or later notification of the referral is NOT valid.
- The referred client must be a new client.
- All referral rewards are at the discretion of CBHC.
- CBHC reserves the right to change, extend or end this promotion.
